Phantom Monster Army were so called armies of old enemies that GUTS and Super GUTS defeated which projected by Mejiwogu (Human sized) and Moravia's disguises (Giant). Their appearance were different from each person's view given that they were projections of the victim's fears (e.g. Ryo saw Bishmel but Asuka saw Raybeak).

- Moravia is a kaiju from Ultraman Dyna. Moravia comet approached to Earth and exploded at Nagano, making a strange plant, purple-colored tulips grow in abundance. Later, a couple were attacked by a Digon and a drunken man were scared by kaijin-interface Forgas.
Kokakuchu

- Kokakuchu is a monster from the series: Ultraman Dyna. Kokakuchu reappeared as a member of Moravaia's Phantom Monster Army, being a vision seen by Asuka. Kokakuchu was transformed into twice before Moravaia revealed its true form.
Mozui

- Mozui is a historical-fictitious monster from the series: Ultraman Dyna. He appears in episode 22, cameo in episode 31, and finally reappears as a member of the Phantom Monster Army, blocking the way of Ryo and Hirao to the Super GUTS headquarters. Mozui also seen taking the form of a giant antrophomorphic flying carrot Carrot Monster.
Bishmel

- After a strange comet fell into Matsumoto City, various past enemies of Super GUTS and GUTS began roaming the city, scaring the citizens. Super GUTS officers Ryo and Asuka were on patrol when suddenly Ryo witnessed an apparition of Bishmel, while Asuka saw Alien Raybeak. The two fiends then disappeared, leaving a confused Ryo and Asuka in their wake.
Digon

- Digon reappeared as a member of Phantom Monster Army, where he was shown scaring a couple. Later Super GUTS officers Kohda and Kariya witnessed a Digon walking towards them, though Nakajima see it as a Zenekindarl people instead. As each take out their GUTS Blaster and fired, the fish-like being phased through all of their attacks and vanished.
Alien Nuaza

- Alien Nuaza are a race of Aliens in the series Ultraman Dyna. However, the only member of this race to appear in Ultraman Dyna was the last emperor of the race, Eshilis. Eshilis later reappeared as an illusion in Moravia's Phantom Monster Army.
Alien Raybeak

- Alien Raybeaks are ornithoid aliens from the P413 Nebula that came to earth to capture humans to replenish their planet's slave supply. The alien leader's eyes were red color and his followers' eyes were yellow. They were found and destroyed by Ultraman Tiga. Alien Raybeaks later reappeared as an illusion in Moravia's Phantom Monster Army.
Alien Natarn

- Alien Natarn is an alien invader that appeared in Ultraman Tiga. He later appeared in Ultraman Dyna as an illusionary member of Moravaia's Phantom Monster Army.

Evil Tiga

- Evil Tiga reappears in Ultraman Dyna as a member of the Phantom Monster Army, an army consisting of illusions of the monsters that previously appeared. Evil Tiga was an hallucination experienced by the Super GUTS Members and the last to appear before morphing into the true form: Moravia.
